This place is actually know for its amazing waves that welcome surfers from around the world. But in fact, Nazaré also is a city that is great to visit thanks to its old churches, streets and typical restaurants with fresh food. You will also be able to visit museums and to enjoy the long beach in front of the city with calm sea and a lot of sun !

Montemor O Velho castle

This castle composed of numerous towers, ramparts, churches or dungeons will offer you a splendid view of the Mondego valley. You will then be able to admire the stone vaults but also the rice fields, the fields as far as the eye can see and the Lousã serra in the southeast.

Coimbra, medieval city.

Coimbra, located 30 minutes from our apartments, is a city rich in culture and history. This medieval city is home to one of the largest and oldest universities in the world, as well as many religious buildings from the Renaissance. Coimbra is also a green and lively city with floral parks, narrow streets and local markets.

Porto

City known worldwide for its beauty, grastronomy and historical monuments. Just an hour's drive from our apartment, visit this very pleasant city with its small streets, beautiful monuments and multiple restoration points. Without forgetting the Douro, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a valley known for its vineyards.
